Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data IWAJU ENTERPRISE (“we”) collects through Vylostack, why, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, username, email address, country, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional profile information you add.
• Purchases and sales: orders, items bought, amounts, vendor earnings and payout requests.
• Payments: handled by our payment providers (such as Paystack). We receive confirmation and transaction references, but not your full card number.
• Community content: forum threads, replies, reactions, reviews and reports. These are public on the Site (except reports).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type and login sessions, used for security and to keep you signed in.
• Sign-in with Google (if you use it): your name, email and profile picture from Google.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the service: create your account, process orders, deliver downloads and license keys, pay vendors.
• To keep the Site safe: prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our rules, and moderate the forum.
• To contact you: verification and password-reset emails, purchase receipts, and notices about your account.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Payment providers (e.g. Paystack) to take payments.
• Service providers that run the Site for us: hosting (Railway), file storage (Cloudflare), and email delivery (Resend). They may only use data to provide their service to us.
• Vendors see the products you bought and the limited details needed to fulfil your order.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our users and rights.

Some of these providers operate outside Nigeria, so your data may be processed in other countries. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies and similar storage

We store a sign-in token in your browser’s local storage so you stay logged in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax, fraud prevention and dispute purposes. When you delete your account we remove your name, email, bio, picture and sessions. Forum posts and reviews you wrote remain, shown as “Deleted user”, and order records are kept for accounting and tax, without your IP address.

6. Your rights

Under Nigerian data protection law you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain uses, or move it to another service, and you may withdraw consent you gave us. You can download your data and delete your account yourself from Settings; for anything else, email maya3d24@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted, and access to paid files is through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. If a breach affects you we will notify you and the regulator as the law requires.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s involvement. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
