Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vylostack (the “Site”), operated by IWAJU ENTERPRISE (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What Vylostack is

Vylostack is an online marketplace where independent vendors sell digital products (downloads, software licenses, courses, subscriptions, services and bundles), together with a community forum. We provide the platform; vendors are responsible for their own products.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to use the Site.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One login is used for buying, selling and the forum. We may ask you to verify your email address.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

3. Buying

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Paystack); we do not store your card details.
  • Digital products are delivered to your library after payment is confirmed. Downloads may be limited in number and license keys are for your use under the license type shown on the product.
  • Refunds: because digital goods can’t be returned, purchases are generally final. If a product is not as described, is faulty, or was not delivered, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you and the vendor to fix it or refund you.
  • You must not share, resell or redistribute what you buy unless the product’s license allows it.

4. Selling

  • You may only list products you own or have the right to sell, and you must describe them honestly.
  • We keep a platform fee of 10% of each sale. The rest is credited to your vendor balance.
  • Payouts are requested by you and approved by us. Earnings are held for a period that depends on your vendor tier (currently 14, 7 or 3 days for Basic, Verified and Premium) to cover refunds and disputes.
  • We may remove products, withhold earnings or reverse payouts connected to fraud, infringement, refunds or chargebacks.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.

5. Forum and community rules

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that is illegal.
  • No spam, scams, or misleading promotion. Do not post other people’s private information.
  • Don’t post malware or pirated software, or ask others for it.
  • Moderators and admins may edit, lock or remove content and restrict accounts.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you post or upload. You give us a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute it on the Site so the service can work. You promise that you have the right to post it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email us at maya3d24@gmail.com with the details and we will review it.

7. Things you must not do

  • Break the law, or help others to.
  • Attempt to access other people’s accounts, products, files or license keys, or probe the Site for weaknesses.
  • Use bots or scrapers that overload the Site, or interfere with payments or delivery.
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings or reputation.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is”. Vendors, not us, are responsible for the quality and suitability of their products, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the Site in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using the Site at any time and delete your account from Settings (vendors must first withdraw any balance). You can also email maya3d24@gmail.com. Any rights and obligations that have already arisen (such as money owed) continue after closure.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
